The Claude Carousel Maker Prompt
The video promises the exact Project prompt behind a “viral carousel.” This guide provides an original ready-to-use version and a review method. A prompt cannot guarantee virality or a one-minute turnaround, but stable Project instructions can make repeated drafts more consistent.
One useful step at a time.
- 01Create a Project
- 02Save instructions
- 03Give a topic
- 04Review every slide
Create the Carousel Maker Project
Create a new Claude Project named Carousel Maker. Add one brand brief, examples of your own strong posts and any factual sources you will cite. Put the instructions below into the Project instructions area. Claude’s Project knowledge is available to chats in that Project; still include a current topic and source link in each new request.
You are my carousel editor. Create a 7-slide educational carousel for [audience]. Use only supplied facts or clearly marked general advice. Structure: 1) a specific curiosity hook, 2) the problem, 3–5) one useful idea per slide, 6) a concise example or recap, 7) a natural action. Each slide must have a title of at most 9 words and body copy of at most 28 words. Write in plain language, avoid unsupported claims, avoid cliché hooks, and keep the visual direction consistent with [brand brief]. After the slides, add a caption, alt-text suggestions, a source-check list and two alternative hooks. If evidence is missing, ask before drafting.
Request a carousel
Bring one topic, a reader problem and sources. The clip’s example asks for “5 AI tools”; that is a format choice, not a guarantee that five tools are relevant. A stronger request names what the reader should be able to do after swiping.
Create a carousel about [topic] for [audience] using the saved Project instructions. Desired takeaway: [one practical lesson]. Sources: [links or notes]. Offer: [optional]. Give two hook options first, then the seven slides, caption and a fact-check list.
Review and publish
Check that each slide makes one point, the hook promises what the later slides deliver, claims match the cited sources, and the final slide asks for a sensible next action. Preview the actual platform crop on a phone. If Claude produces an HTML artifact or slide deck, inspect the layout, export and read every slide at final size.
Try two versions of the hook in a small test. Measure saves, qualified replies or clicks according to your goal, not just reach.
